This rebate applies to new customers only. New customers are individuals who have not previously bought, transferred or contacted about a health insurance policy through Alea in the last three (3) years.
This rebate applies on the first (1st) year only that you have bought or transferred a health insurance policy through Alea. It does not apply in the following years when you are renewing your insurance plan with Alea even if you are making changes to your plan or changing providers.
The rebate given is based on the annual insurance premium of the purchased or transferred policy.
The rebate only applies to a successful purchase or policy transfer via Alea.
The rebate applies to health insurance only that is underwritten under general insurance. It does not apply to life or critical illness insurance, nor does it apply to health insurance that is underwritten under life insurance.
The rebate can only be paid after the insurance contract’s cooling-off period.
The rebate will be paid to the client within 90 days from the date of the annual premium payment..
If the client cannot successfully transfer or apply for new insurance via Alea, Alea reserves the right to make the final decision on this rebate offer.
Alea reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the above offer(s).
Individuals that apply for their family and have more than one policyholder will be considered as one policy when calculating rebate. On condition that policy applications are processed together by Alea.
