What is Norgesic?

Norgesic is a brand medication that contains Paracetamol and Orphenadrine, which belong to the classes of medications called analgesics and anticholinergics respectively. They work together in reducing pain and relaxing the muscles associated with acute injury. It is therefore used to treat muscle spasms with acute musculoskeletal pain.

How to use it?

Norgesic is available as tablets. Take 2 tablets 3 times a day for musculoskeletal pain until symptoms resolve.

What are the side effects of Norgesic?

Common side effects of Norgesic include dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, and vomiting.

Who should not take Norgesic?

  • People who are allergic to any component of Norgesic
  • Patients with glaucoma or myasthenia gravis
  • Patients with active stomach obstruction
  • Patients with prostatic hypertrophy

  • Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how you respond.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking this medicine.
