Gascon is a brand medication that contains Dimethicone, which belongs to a class of medications called antiflatulents. It works by reducing the foaming of the stomach and therefore is used to relieve stomach gas and bloating in adults and children.
Gascon is available as tablets. For the relief of bloating, the usual dose is 40-80mg 3 times a day, after and in-between meals.
