What is Essentiale?

Essentiale contains essential phospholipids (EPLs). Some studies claimed that dietary EPLs can improve some diseases without triggering serious side effects. They were said to decrease side effects of some medications. Preliminary studies suggest that the type of EPLs is important, but this remains to be confirmed.

How to use it?

Essentiale is available as oral capsules. It does not differ much whether it is taken with or without food.
